After two decades a pinhole or joint failure under the slab shows up as a warm floor patch and a creeping water bill. We use electronic and thermal leak detection to pinpoint the exact spot before opening anything — worked example, a slab leak under the lounge usually costs around $900 to detect, expose, repair and reinstate, rather than ripping up a whole floor on guesswork.

Twin & large hot water systems.
